Job Summary

This role involves hands-on technical support within a data center environment in Koblenz, focusing heavily on infrastructure maintenance and hardware management. The technician will be responsible for executing precise cabling work, including patching copper and fiber optic cables (Single Mode & Multi Mode), and managing the installation and removal of critical IT hardware from vendors like NetApp, Dell, Cisco, Checkpoint, and Brocade. A significant part of the job includes connecting components to PDUs and meticulously documenting all tasks and labeling within customer tools (like ATNC), alongside handling ticket processing using systems such as Microfocus Service Manager. Ideal candidates should possess experience in IT hardware handling, proficiency in cabling standards, and fundamental knowledge of data center operations, ensuring a structured and autonomous work style.
