Job Summary
This role is ideal for a solution-oriented individual with a strong affinity for technology, seeking to ensure seamless IT operations. As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for end-user technical concerns, providing support via phone, email, and in person. Key responsibilities include the identification, analysis, and resolution of technical malfunctions, performing routine maintenance, and managing break-fix scenarios for both hardware and software. You will be responsible for meticulous documentation and tracking of support tickets to guarantee timely solutions, and you will collaborate directly with on-site technicians and address system-related host issues. Candidates should ideally possess completed IT training and initial professional experience in technical support, along with strong communication skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in core IT concepts and procedures while working under guidance.
