As an IT Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for end-users facing technical issues, ensuring smooth IT operations. Day-to-day tasks involve providing comprehensive technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions, focusing on the identification, analysis, and resolution of technical faults. You will perform essential maintenance and break-fix operations, diagnose both hardware and software problems, and meticulously document all support tickets to ensure timely resolution. The position requires initial professional experience in technical support, knowledge of standard IT concepts and procedures, and strong communication skills.
