Job Summary

The LVR is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive digital transformation and develop innovative solutions within their IT system house, LVR-InfoKom, located in Cologne. This role involves the comprehensive management, planning, steering, and documentation of complex IT projects and programs across various technical and departmental disciplines. Key responsibilities include acting as the liaison between technical implementation and business requirements, managing interdisciplinary project teams (including virtual teams and external partners), and ensuring effective internal and external project communication. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, expertise in both classical and agile project methodologies, and a strong command of project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
