Job Summary

The Group Leader for Product Electronics Industrialization at ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology plays a crucial role in enabling the next generation of smaller, more powerful microchips. This leadership position involves the technical and disciplinary management of the Industrialization group, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from initial development through Life Cycle Management (LCM). Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating product launch organization, managing complex error analysis and diagnosis, and ensuring future product robustness based on strict industrialization guidelines. A core focus is supporting competence development for robust embedded systems and strategically aligning the embedded system platform. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, proven international leadership experience, and deep knowledge of embedded systems project organization and relevant industry standards, including processor, bus, and sensor concepts.
