Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring the digital capability of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) by maintaining stable and secure IT services. The System Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, specifically Omnissa Workspace ONE. Day-to-day tasks involve administering highly mobile end devices across various security domains, performing in-depth problem analysis, troubleshooting, and providing second-level support directly to users, partners, and manufacturers. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational qualification and a minimum of three years of professional experience in network technology, telecommunications, or application development. Expertise in configuring MDM systems and solid knowledge of IT security are mandatory. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures, supporting national security through challenging digitalization projects.
