Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Integrator involves managing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure for a leading technology company specializing in chemical plant engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, networking, and telecommunication systems according to operational standards. A core function is implementing tailored user solutions, which includes programming additional modules like macros and database queries. You will also be the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing hotline support, troubleshooting complex system failures, and consulting on the selection and procurement of new IT systems. Success requires completed vocational training in IT System Integration, strong knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS-Office, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
