Job Summary

This specialized role focuses on designing and implementing complex automation solutions, primarily involving the programming of PLC controls and visualization systems. The systems are deployed across various industries, including production facilities, chemical plants, and specialized sectors like packaging, textiles, and logistics (special purpose machinery). A significant component of the job involves the modernization of existing older systems (Retrofit) and the subsequent commissioning of both new and modernized plants. This commissioning work requires extensive travel, operating nationally within Germany, across Europe, and globally. Successful candidates must bring several years of relevant professional experience, supported by a formal qualification such as an engineering degree, certified technician, or master craftsman status. Expertise in specific PLC platforms and visualization tools, such as Siemens TIA-Portal and WinCC, is mandatory.
