Job Summary
This permanent, full-time position within the Berlin Police requires a dedicated Senior Specialist to manage and implement critical organizational changes across the authority. The core responsibilities include examining, supporting, and executing all organizational transformations, alongside performing fundamental organizational management tasks. A significant part of the role involves collaborating on comprehensive, cross-departmental organizational and process development initiatives, with a focus on continuous process optimization. Key outputs include drafting official organizational decrees and developing effective data collection methods for analysis. Candidates must possess strong administrative experience, evidenced by either current civil servant status (A12 level) or a specialized Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or Public Management, or equivalent advanced administrative training. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Public Management, or a comparable study field, OR completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) plus completion of Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II)

- Experience in implementing organizational changes within a large public authority
