Job Summary
The successful candidate will join the Berlin Police, Central Services Directorate, Technology and Logistics Department, focusing on fundamental issues related to tenancy management, controlling, and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks involve processing policy matters for the Tenancy Management department, advising on and technically supporting the establishment of a centralized property database, and assisting with portfolio and space requirements management. A core responsibility includes developing overarching space requirement standards for the entire authority by analyzing necessary information, regulations, and coordinating with other departments. The role also involves handling organizational tasks, public relations for the department, and contributing to the development and quality assurance of cross-group quality standards, such as implementing a Quality Management Manual and establishing internal key performance indicators.
