Job Summary

The Customer Manager acts as the central link between clients, sales, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution from initial inquiry to successful implementation. You will be responsible for the complete order processing cycle, including creating quotes and contracts, and onboarding new clients. A key part of the role involves coordinating follow-ups, clarifications, and cross-departmental tasks related to Innight, Day-Express, and Aftersales services. You will actively support the sales team during customer visits, presenting services and products effectively. Furthermore, you will participate in projects aimed at developing new services, acting as a Business Owner for specific topics, and producing professional project documentation and customized customer reports. This role requires excellent communication skills in both German and English, experience in logistics/transport customer management, and a commercial background, offering an exciting opportunity to shape innovative services within Swiss Post Cargo.

Commercial/Business Education, ideally supplemented by further training in Project or Sales Management
