Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology to drive complex development projects for leading OEMs and suppliers in the automotive industry. The Production/Manufacturing Planner will be responsible for planning manufacturing processes, overseeing plant systems within their assigned line segment—from design and specification through to ordering and handover. A key focus is developing standardized technical solutions while adhering to strict time, cost, and quality objectives. The position requires mediating decisions between development, planning, and operations teams, and ensuring the application of best practices and experience sharing across the production network. Ideal candidates possess a degree in engineering or a related field, professional experience in implementing manufacturing systems, and fluent German and English skills, coupled with strong communication and conflict management abilities.
