Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position in Heilbronn requires a motivated Group Leader to coordinate and manage assembly teams within the internal electronics manufacturing division for a leading global manufacturer of automated intralogistics solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the organization and supervision of cable production, circuit board assembly, and soldering work. The role is critical for ensuring smooth operations, involving the planning and control of production orders using ERP systems, managing material availability in coordination with logistics and purchasing, and maintaining stringent quality standards, including adherence to ESD regulations. Candidates must possess a classic technical vocational qualification (e.g., Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician) and demonstrable prior experience in assembling electro-mechanical or electronic devices. Success in this role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in technical documentation creation (BOMs, schematics), and a commitment to continuous improvement through Lean methods (KVP).
