Job Summary

This role seeks a highly skilled Master Electrician to take full technical and disciplinary responsibility for the Electrical Engineering department for a client specializing in the manufacturing of special vehicles. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to the team, focusing on their goal-oriented development, and ensuring that production targets are met regarding deadlines, quality, and quantity within the assigned area. Daily tasks involve hands-on installation, testing, and repair of electrical components and assemblies, including the complex wiring of control panels and driver stations. You will also be responsible for executing modernizations and complex maintenance measures, rigorously documenting all activities, and conducting final testing and commissioning of vehicles according to high quality standards. This position is ideal for a certified Master Technician with leadership experience who is looking for a challenging full-time, permanent role with a top regional employer and a strong possibility of direct takeover by the client.
