Job Summary

This crucial role drives the energy transition by focusing on the digitalization and scaling of innovative low-voltage distribution grid solutions. The Technical Lead will coordinate two specialized development teams: the Edge team, focusing on Embedded Software (C/C++, Embedded Linux) for smart field devices, and the Cloud team, responsible for designing and operating scalable Backend Architecture (Java, Spring Boot, Azure, databases, middleware, frontend). Key responsibilities include ensuring stability, performance, and security of embedded firmware, optimizing backend systems for scalability and fault tolerance, and establishing efficient cross-team collaboration structures using Agile and DevOps principles. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and several years of professional experience in both embedded systems and cloud development.
