Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Consultant specializing in Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) systems, engaging in projects from pre-sales through to full implementation. Key responsibilities include managing and further developing the UCC Hosting Platform, resolving and documenting support and service requests, and collaborating closely with key manufacturers like Innovaphone, AudioCodes, and jTEL. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, such as an IT Systems Electronics Technician or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience in telecommunications and UCC solutions. Success in this position requires a solution-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, self-initiative, and the ability to confidently interact with customers while elevating their UCC capabilities to the 'next level.' Occasional business travel is also required.
