Job Summary

This role involves working as a Business Analyst within an international IT consulting environment, focusing primarily on the financial services sector (banks, investment companies). Day-to-day tasks include the analysis, coordination, and detailed documentation of both business and technical requirements related to IT systems and architectures. The analyst will be responsible for process analysis, redesign, database analysis, and conducting commercial evaluations, including benchmarking and impact analyses. A key component is designing and optimizing business processes for financial service providers. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Business Administration (or equivalent, preferably finance-focused) and have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within banking, investment, or consulting. Deep knowledge of securities, customer master data, and capital gains taxation is essential, alongside fluent German and English skills.
