The ideal candidate possesses a degree in business administration or a comparable field, coupled with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in finance or consulting. Success in this position requires deep knowledge of securities, customer master data, capital gains taxation, and strong business process management skills, along with fluent German and English proficiency, supporting international and local clients.
