Strategic Digital Project Manager | Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves driving TÜV SÜD's digital transformation by independently leading strategic, high-impact digital projects from initial concept through global scaling within the corporate Digital Hub. The Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end project success, including meticulous planning, execution, reporting, and business case realization. A core component of the role is collaborating closely with internal business units, regional teams, IT, and external partners to maximize project impact. Furthermore, the incumbent will contribute to the overarching digital strategy by developing and rolling out digital best practices, such as standardized project delivery frameworks. Candidates must possess a technical or business degree and at least six years of relevant experience leading complex digital initiatives for major industry players. Proficiency in modern digital project management techniques, including Agile, Hybrid methodologies, and scaled frameworks like SAFe or LeSS, is essential.
