Job Summary

This role involves critical infrastructure deployment and end-user support for a reputable client. Day-to-day responsibilities include the physical setup and dismantling of various hardware components, providing comprehensive on-site support, and instructing users on new systems. You will be responsible for initial fault analysis and troubleshooting, ensuring quick first-level solutions, and escalating complex issues to subsequent support units. The ideal candidate possesses initial professional experience in IT support and rollout activities, strong familiarity with Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office, and advanced knowledge of standard hardware. Success in this position requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with fluency in written and spoken German (C1 level).
