Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Hardware Design Engineer to tackle complex technical challenges, such as elevated production failure rates, by applying structured internal methods like the 5-Why principle. Day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and implementing effective solutions to enhance product quality and process efficiency. You will be instrumental in supporting the qualification and validation of components and assemblies, specifically implementing technical modifications at the schematic level. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed test plans, protocols, and evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation and tracking of all technical changes throughout the development and production processes. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, practical experience in circuit development, and expertise in failure analysis techniques. Required Skills

Education
