Job Summary

This full-time Controller position, based in Oldenburg, offers an opportunity to deepen expertise in the Controlling field, initially through temporary employment. The core responsibilities center on critical financial planning and analysis, including the independent execution of planning and forecasting activities. A key part of the role involves contributing significantly to the implementation of new planning tools and redesigning existing planning processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Furthermore, you will be responsible for determining and monitoring internal transfer pricing and cost allocation rates. Candidates must possess professional experience in Controlling, strong organizational skills, and a meticulous approach to detail. Essential technical competencies include organizational structure management, process organization, and master data maintenance. Fluency in German (C2 level) is a mandatory requirement for success in this varied and demanding role.
