Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as a Specialist for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Major Infrastructure Projects within the Autobahn GmbH, one of Germany's largest infrastructure operators. The expert will be primarily responsible for coordinating all project stakeholders, including public bodies, municipalities, construction companies, and external engineering firms, ensuring seamless interface management. Key day-to-day tasks include central strategic contract management across planning, construction, operation, and maintenance phases, as well as handling the fundamental processing of PPP contracts. Candidates must possess a scientific university degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent expertise, coupled with deep experience in the contractual execution of major infrastructure projects, particularly PPP. Competence in specific German construction contract standards (ZTV/ZTV-ING) is essential.
