Job Summary

This role involves serving as the central point for the technical support and optimization of building systems within the Real Estate & Solutions Team in Berlin. The technician is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and performance of technical building equipment at the Berlin location and its branch offices. Daily tasks include managing Technical Building Management (TGM) processes, coordinating and controlling service provider deployment, conducting performance acceptance, and managing smaller construction projects. A key function is operating the Building Control System and maintaining Building Information Systems (like FAMOS and CAD/CAFM). The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or is a certified Technician/Master in Technical Building Management, Electrotechnology, or Control Engineering, possessing comprehensive knowledge of utility systems operation and strong organizational skills.
