Job Summary

This role involves working as a Field Service Technician for a market leader in high-quality automatic coffee machines and water dispensers, serving B2B clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, commissioning, and specific programming of coffee machines, performing troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring device safety according to DIN and VDE standards. You will also install water dispensers and provide technical consultation to customers. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Electrician or Electronics Technician and possesses experience with 'white goods' or technical customer service.
