Job Summary

This role involves working as a dedicated Service Technician for Kaffee Partner, a market leader in automated coffee and water dispensing solutions for B2B clients across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, commissioning, and customer-specific programming of high-quality coffee machines and water dispensers. You will be crucial in performing on-site troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and ensuring device safety according to VDE and DIN standards. The position requires strong technical skills, ideally gained through professional training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician, coupled with practical experience in technical customer service, especially involving household appliances ('white goods'). This is an attractive opportunity offering a permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, and flexible working hours (starting the clock when entering the company vehicle). A valid Class B driving license and fluent German communication skills are essential for successful customer interaction and digital documentation of assignments.
