Job Summary

This critical role supports the public transport acceleration systems across more than 200 traffic signal installations within the Augsburg public transport network. The Information Electronics Technician will be responsible for ensuring the reliable functioning of these systems, analyzing processes at traffic junctions, and guaranteeing seamless, loss-free priority for public transport vehicles through effective detection technology. Key day-to-day tasks involve professional, safety-oriented troubleshooting and repair of defective electronic components and circuit boards related to the detection systems, often working at the circuit level.
