Job Summary

This role seeks a Project Manager to coordinate, control, and optimize demanding projects, primarily within a technical environment. The core responsibility involves functioning as a PMO, ensuring strict adherence to project management methods, tools, and processes, and driving their continuous development within Business Process Management. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing new business processes, leading complex cross-functional projects, challenging functions to meet result targets, and managing the Process Change Request system. The manager will also create standard reports to support a global key figure system and produce comprehensive documentation for all new or modified processes. Candidates must hold a completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience in project management and strong foundational knowledge of business processes.
