Job Summary

This role involves driving business development and innovation within the portfolio of electromechanical manufacturing components/subsystems for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Test, Training, and Evaluation systems. The Innovation Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing participation in research programs across Germany, the EU, and NATO, while actively building and strengthening an R&D network with universities, research institutes, and industry partners. Key activities include analyzing market trends, assessing new technologies to maintain competitiveness, and providing technical consultation to clients and sales staff. The ideal candidate possesses a background in telecommunications engineering or computer science, coupled with professional experience in military technical sales or engineering, and preferably operational expertise in an EW function within a military branch. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for success in this international defense environment.
