Job Summary

This role seeks a highly competent Lead Hardware Engineer to provide technical leadership and coordination for a team of electrical and mechanical designers. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to strict quality standards, norms, and project timelines, alongside collaborating cross-functionally to optimize workflow and project execution. The Lead Engineer will also manage resource planning, capacity, and budget for the department. The ideal candidate holds a degree or technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field, coupled with several years of experience in electrical design and proven ability to technically guide small teams (up to 10 people). Basic knowledge of mechanical design is also beneficial.
