Job Summary

This role involves leading technical and infrastructural teams within assigned properties, focusing on ensuring the efficient and economical operation of building services and facility management contracts. Key day-to-day tasks include monitoring all technical processes, conducting quality assurance, managing budgets, controlling costs and revenue, and ensuring compliance with existing contractual agreements. The Site Manager will also be responsible for client and authority communication and close collaboration with other service divisions like cleaning and security. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering or Plant Mechanics, or a degree in Supply Engineering, General Engineering, or Facility Management, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in facility management leadership.
