Job Summary

This role requires an experienced SAP BASIS Solution Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust SAP architecture blueprints for an international automotive supplier. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating solution designs for changes and projects, documenting the SAP system landscape, and leading technical and architectural workshops. You will be crucial in ensuring a stable and future-proof SAP environment, managing system operations, and coordinating release upgrades, performance optimizations, and database administration. The architect will also support major migration projects, including HANA DB and system migration to the Azure Cloud. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, profound knowledge of SAP BASIS, and hands-on expertise with S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori. Success in this position demands very good written and spoken English skills, strong communication abilities, and high social competence to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external service providers.
