Job Summary

This role seeks a proactive Network System Engineer to ensure the sustainable, group-wide operation of complex network infrastructure across the AUNDE, ISRINHAUSEN, and FEHRER brands. Key responsibilities involve managing core networking components, including WAN technologies like SDWAN and Fortigate Firewalls, LAN systems (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, 802.1x) using HP Aruba, Xtreme, or Cisco equipment, and industrial WiFi environments. The engineer will independently plan and execute system updates, maintain PRTG monitoring, troubleshoot disruptions, and coordinate external service providers. A critical aspect is maintaining meticulous documentation and providing technical consultation to specialized departments. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT training, coupled with professional experience in Network Engineering and Security, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
