The successful candidate will also be responsible for overall payroll and compensation management, driving the digitalization of HR processes, and advising on organizational development and occupational safety. Key qualifications include a university degree in a relevant field like Public Management or Business Administration with an HR specialization, coupled with several years of professional experience, ideally within public administration. Required Skills

Education

University Degree or Bachelor's (B.A., B.Sc., or LL.B.) in Public Management, Administration & International Relations, Business Administration specializing in Personnel Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience
