Job Summary

This role supports the production environment at Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH, focusing heavily on machine operation and quality assurance within pharmaceutical manufacturing. The daily responsibilities include setting up, loading, and monitoring automated packaging lines, operating and adjusting machinery, and ensuring smooth production flow. A critical component of the job involves conducting In-Process Control (IPC) checks, accurately aggregating and packaging medications, and meticulously completing all associated documentation and quality control procedures. This position is highly attractive, offering an immediate, permanent contract and excellent compensation ranging from €16.29 to €24.27 per hour, including industry bonuses. No prior experience is required, making it ideal for career changers, but candidates must be prepared for a mandatory weekly rotating 3-shift schedule (early, late, and night shifts) and possess strong German language skills.
