Job Summary

This role as a Pharmaceutical Production Operator involves supporting all facets of production and machine operation for a renowned client, Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, loading, and monitoring packaging lines, operating machinery, and ensuring smooth production flow. A critical component of the job is performing In-Process Controls (IPC), accurately documenting these checks, aggregating, and packaging medications, and executing essential quality control measures. This position is highly attractive due to the immediate, permanent contract and competitive compensation, ranging from €16.29 up to €24.27 per hour through industry bonuses. Candidates must be prepared for a mandatory 3-shift rotation (early, late, night shifts, weekly change). While a positive attitude and enjoyment of work are essential, prior technical knowledge is not required, making this an excellent opportunity for career changers, provided they possess fluency in written and spoken German.
