Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Test Bench Technician for Electric Vehicles to join a leading global partner in Engineering and R&D, focusing on sustainable and smart industry solutions. The core responsibilities involve hands-on electrical work with High Voltage (HV) components, including batteries and e-machines, and setting up benchmark vehicle motors (HEV, PHEV, BEV) on specialized test benches. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and installing power supply and test circuits for complex HV and CAN systems, performing critical Restbus-CAN measurements, and simulating motor performance. Success requires a Technician qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with practical experience in vehicle electrical/electronics and communication networks. Strong analytical capabilities and fluency in both German and English are essential for effective documentation and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
