Job Summary

This role is designed for a skilled IT System Administrator to join a global leader in Smart Industry, focusing on maintaining and evolving the company's core IT infrastructure within a cloud-centric environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the design, implementation, and commissioning of technical solutions, primarily leveraging the AZURE Cloud infrastructure, ensuring its robust operation. Key tasks also involve configuring and managing the MS Teams and SharePoint environments, providing essential service delivery such as Microsoft O365 user administration, and performing client service troubleshooting. The successful candidate will also manage network infrastructure, administer the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD), and provide critical First and Second Level Onsite Support across the Friedrichsdorf and Fulda locations. Essential qualifications include a completed IT Specialist qualification or a degree in Computer Science, coupled with fundamental knowledge of Microsoft O365, server operating systems, and practical experience with backup concepts and network topologies.
