Job Summary

This role is central to the design, implementation, and operational stability of the company's technical solutions, focusing heavily on the Azure Cloud infrastructure. The administrator will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of the Azure environment, configuring and managing critical collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint, and delivering comprehensive in-house IT services. Day-to-day tasks include Microsoft O365 user administration, client service troubleshooting, providing technical support and training to employees, and managing the network and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (AVD). The position requires providing First and Second Level Support and performing onsite support at locations in Friedrichsdorf and Fulda.
