Job Summary

This role involves supporting and maintaining the robust IT infrastructure for a global leader in Smart Industry, focusing heavily on Microsoft Azure and O365 environments. The professional will be instrumental in the design, implementation, and operation of technical solutions within the Azure Cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery for various in-house services. Key responsibilities include managing MS Teams and SharePoint environments, performing user administration in O365, and providing crucial First and Second Level Support to employees, including technical troubleshooting and training. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or relevant degree, fundamental knowledge of Microsoft O365, server operating systems, and practical experience with cloud technologies and network administration. The position requires excellent German and good English skills, along with a willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support at various locations.
