The specialist is responsible for the rapid and efficient resolution of IT disruptions, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling incidents and service requests related to hardware, software, and applications according to defined service levels. Key responsibilities also involve analyzing and resolving disturbances using standardized processes and diagnostic tools, escalating complex issues to specialized support teams, and meticulously documenting and tracking all processes within the ticket system. Candidates should possess a completed IT qualification, professional experience in an IT Support or Service Desk environment, and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365, making this an excellent opportunity to apply foundational IT skills in a dynamic service environment.
