Job Summary

This role involves joining a dedicated DevOps Squad within an international industrial group, focusing on the development and maintenance of critical IT platforms in Dresden. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building container-based customer and development platforms, requiring strong expertise in DevOps strategies and process implementation. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with development teams to integrate robust DevOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle, and creating and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins to automate software builds and deployments. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in Platform or DevOps Engineering, proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and solid automation skills for both Linux and Windows server systems.
