Job Summary

This role offers a working student the opportunity to actively participate in the introduction of a new digital time management and duty planning system (ATOSS) within a major hospital setting. The successful candidate will support the operational project team, focusing on configuring the system based on defined requirements and subsequently testing these settings. This position is ideal for a currently enrolled student, preferably in an IT, health science, or economics program, who is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and eager to learn new enterprise software like ATOSS and SAP HCM. The role provides valuable, relevant professional experience in a future-oriented digitalization project, contributing significantly to streamlining daily clinical operations. Candidates must possess excellent analytical skills, initiative, and a team-oriented, reliable work ethic, alongside fluent German language skills.

Required Skills

Education

Currently enrolled student (Bachelor or Master), ideally in an information technology, health science, or economics study program

Experience

  • Professional experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Initial exposure to time management or duty planning systems is helpful but not mandatory
