Key requirements include a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, experience with hardware diagnostics and repair using tools like Apple Service Toolkit, and knowledge of network technologies (WLAN, VPN). The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer-facing soft skills, structured work habits, and is fluent in German with beneficial English skills for international client communication.
