Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist focused on diagnosing, repairing, and troubleshooting Apple hardware (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads) and software issues across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. The specialist will manage and process support tickets using CRM/Service systems like ServiceNow or Zendesk, handle complex escalations, and provide support for Apple-specific services such as Apple-ID, iCloud, backup, and recovery. Key requirements include a deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem, experience with hardware diagnostics and repair using tools like Apple Service Toolkit, and knowledge of network technologies (WLAN, VPN). The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer-facing soft skills, structured work habits, and is fluent in German with beneficial English skills for international client communication. This position is a full-time, fixed-term contract within a leading global technology and engineering firm.
