This permanent, full-time position seeks an IT Support Specialist to focus primarily on the Apple ecosystem within a leading Smart Industry company. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing Apple hardware (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads), analyzing and resolving software issues across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, and managing complex support escalations. You will be responsible for administering and processing support tickets using CRM or service systems like ServiceNow or Zendesk, while ensuring strict adherence to data protection and security guidelines.
