Job Summary

This role involves serving as the Specialized Construction Supervisor for Electrical and Telecommunications systems within the Pankow District Office in Berlin. The successful candidate will manage complex construction projects from initiation through billing, focusing on structural engineering projects (Hochbau). Core responsibilities include acting as the client representative, ensuring rigorous economic control and continuous schedule monitoring, and coordinating project steering in collaboration with general project management. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, tendering, construction supervision, and settling accounts for major construction measures, alongside handling emergency and fault reports across district properties. A key focus is compliance with public procurement laws (VOL, VOB, HOAI) and construction site regulations. This position requires a university degree in Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering and prior experience managing public construction projects.
