Job Summary

This role involves essential hands-on maintenance and overhaul of aircraft components and critical ground support equipment (GSE). The technician will be responsible for disassembling, servicing, and assembling components according to capability lists and manufacturer documentation, ensuring strict adherence to company safety and quality standards. Key duties also include managing spare parts inventory, assisting with tooling management, performing detailed reporting, and supporting production with non-aircraft related tasks like towing and engine preparation before installation or shipping. Candidates should possess a Technical Secondary Education background in fields like Electric, Electromechanics, or Mechanics, coupled with a mastery of technical English. While technical knowledge of aircraft structures and components is beneficial, the ability to work precisely, take initiative, and approach technical problems methodologically is crucial for success in this permanent position, contributing directly to the safe and punctual departure of the fleet.

Required Skills

Education

Technical Secondary Education (A2 level) in Electric, Electromechanics, Mechanic, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in aircraft or component maintenance (Asset)
  • Professional experience with ground support equipment maintenance
  • Experience administering compliant reporting and follow-up measures
  • Experience assisting with aircraft towing and engine preparation
