Job Summary

This leadership role is centered on actively shaping the digital future and driving sustainable change within the organization. The Head of Digitalization will be responsible for developing a holistic digital strategy, ensuring the company is future-proof, and generating sustainable added value. Day-to-day tasks include driving company-wide digital transformation, identifying innovative technologies and processes with real business impact, and successfully managing central digital projects. A key focus is building a data-driven organization, optimizing the digital employee journey, and leading and developing the Digital Team. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in IT or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in digital transformation or organizational development, ideally in a leadership capacity.
