Job Summary
This role involves providing essential internal IT support to colleagues across the company, utilizing various channels including in-person, phone, email, chat, and remote tools like TeamViewer. A core responsibility is documenting all requests and solutions within the Issue-Tracking-System (Jira Service Management) to maintain transparent and efficient support processes. You will be responsible for administering Windows systems and mobile devices (Android/iOS), conducting onboarding training for new hires on Google Workspace and the Mitel PBX telephone system, and assisting with hardware and software rollouts using tools like PDQ Deploy. The ideal candidate possesses a strong service mentality, excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical issues simply, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. This position requires a relevant IT education and several years of professional experience in IT support, offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment within the culture and entertainment industry, focusing on continuous development of the company's IT setup.
