Job Summary

As a (Senior) IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for all technical queries, ensuring smooth daily operations for colleagues. Your responsibilities include providing on-site, phone, email, chat, and remote support, documenting solutions in Jira Service Management, and conducting onboarding training for Google Workspace and Mitel PBX. You'll manage Windows systems, administer mobile devices (Android/iOS), and assist with hardware/software rollouts using PDQ Deploy. This role is perfect for someone with a strong service mentality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to IT. You'll contribute to a dynamic team, maintain the knowledge base in Confluence, and continuously evolve the company's IT setup.
